Every year, the Green Future Club awards concepts for sustainable materials, products, and services that are not yet on the market. By enrolling in this award, Fasten wants to show the ability to create innovative and sustainable concepts, suitable for brands and retailers all over Europe.
The Concept
For the 2022 edition of the Green Concept Awards, Fasten enrolled the Recharge concept. The Recharge is a revolutionary refill system that prevents cross-contamination. The concept is an innovative and sustainable cosmetic refill packaging. Most available systems lack holistic vision and only focus on the refill. At Recharge, Fasten didn’t stop there but looked beyond the refill. Combining the design with the first all PP cosmetic pump in the market and all parts are PP or PET, which can be recycled and recycled granulate can be used in production. By making the bottle frame bottomless, we have achieved a significant weight reduction and the integrated dip tube system will prevent cross-contamination when refilling. The Recharge will start a refill revolution!
